En 2020, Constellium est classé 1er meilleur employeur de France dans le secteur de l’industrie lourde et matériaux (selon le Palmarès 2020 du magazine Capital des meilleurs employeurs de France). Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur.e Coordinateur Maintenance - Mécanique qui intégrera le service Maintenance Centrale de notre site, en journée. Rattaché(e) au Responsable Unité de Service Réparations de la Maintenance Centrale, vous êtes le responsable technique et méthodes sur un périmètre d’équipements industriels couvrant les activités du Garage et de l’atelier Réparations. Vous êtes un acteur majeur de la sécurité, qualité et productivité. Vous intervenez également en soutien des compagnons de maintenance en leur fournissant un support technique adapté (documents, matériels, pièces, etc.), en analysant les causes de défaillances, les coûts, et en proposant ou mettant en œuvre des solutions techniques correctives ou préventives aux problèmes rencontrés.   Vos missions principales sont les suivantes : Piloter un ensemble de chantiers sur votre périmètre, traiter des problèmes complexes et/ou urgents, réaliser des audits chantier, assurer le suivi des travaux de maintenance, en liaison avec les différents interlocuteurs.Organiser et planifier les interventions de nos équipes et des sous-traitants dans les respects des règles de sécurité (PTG, plans de prévention). Des connaissances dans le domaine électrique et/ou automatismes seraient appréciées. Vous avez une expérience dans le domaine recherché d’au moins 5 ans.  Vous êtes intéressé(e) par une fonction alliant terrain, technique et respect des standards (LEAN Manufacturing, respect des règles de sécurité).  Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de la communication, votre capacité à formaliser et à former. Objectif principal : Le contrôleur des ventes de la BU Aerospace & Transportation est chargé de l'analyse et du reporting des ventes, de l'analyse de la rentabilité des produits, des questions de conformité liées aux ventes et du soutien des processus S&OP (planification des ventes et des opérations) sous la supervision du responsable du contrôle des ventes de la BU et du responsable informatique. Missions principales :  Analyse des performances commerciales : contrôler et analyser les performances des ventes, y compris le chiffre d'affaires, les marges et la rentabilité, afin d'identifier les tendances et les possibilités d'amélioration.- Analyser les performances du chiffre d'affaires (chiffres réels et projections) telles que le volume, le prix et les effets du mix (produits et clients) et partager les résultats avec les équipes financières de la BU et des usines. Développer des analyses pour obtenir une visibilité sur l'évolution des marges unitaires et les écarts.- Fournir une analyse régulière de la rentabilité (CM2) et alerter en cas de produits peu attrayants et/ou d'écart par rapport à l'objectif fixé.- Diriger l'examen des contrats de vente pour s'assurer de la conformité de la comptabilisation avec les normes USGAAP et être le principal point de contact avec l'auditeur à ce sujet. Tenir à jour la liste des contrats et des formulaires d'affectation. Budgétisation et prévisions : diriger les processus de budgétisation et de prévision des ventes, en veillant à l'exactitude et à l'alignement sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.- Préparer et présenter les prévisions mensuelles, le budget annuel et le plan quinquennal, tout en assurant une bonne compréhension des principaux contrats de vente grâce à une collaboration étroite avec l'équipe de vente et la chaîne d'approvisionnement des usines. Contrôle des coûts : mettre en œuvre et maintenir des mesures de contrôle des coûts afin d'optimiser les dépenses liées aux ventes et d'améliorer la rentabilité globale.- Développer et maintenir un rapport quotidien de gestion du crédit pour suivre les retards et l'ensemble des créances afin d'alerter les équipes commerciales et financières sur les risques de crédit et de recouvrement. - Analyser et proposer des recommandations en ce qui concerne l'exposition aux risques liés aux métaux (Cu et Zn).- Soutenir les opportunités de développement commercial (développer des modèles de coûts et financiers spécifiques, challenger les responsables des ventes sur leur proposition), grâce à une collaboration étroite avec les contrôleurs des usines. Systèmes ERP et BI : utiliser les systèmes ERP et de veille stratégique pour améliorer les rapports de vente et les processus de prise de décision.- Préparer et optimiser les systèmes d'information, vérifier les données afin de fournir des informations cohérentes, pertinentes et fiables pour tous les éléments susmentionnés, tout en menant des efforts en vue d'une numérisation plus poussée de notre équipe et de nos processus.- Contribuer à la refonte du processus S&OP (projet Future of Atlas) avec un esprit ouvert, en recherchant des gains d'efficacité tout en tenant compte des interdépendances avec d'autres systèmes et processus. Profil recherché :  - Une expérience dans le domaine de la finance est indispensable, idéalement dans le domaine du contrôle de gestion, et dans le domaine de la vente est un atout.- Solides compétences analytiques, orientées vers les résultats et proactives.- Maîtrise des systèmes de business intelligence (Power BI) avec une appétence pour les outils de digitalisation / automatisation. Bonne expérience avec SAP. REALISER DES PREPARATIONS ET ANALYSES AU LABORATOIRE AES   La première phase consistera en une formation à nos métiers et outils, au sein du de l’équipe du laboratoire d’Analyse En Solution (AES) à C-TEC.Le rôle de la personne en alternance consistera ensuite à réaliser des analyses d’échantillons pour les besoins des programmes de recherche et d’investigation sur des matrices d’échantillons de type eaux, alliages d’Aluminium, matières premières…  Les échantillons nécessitent une préparation pouvant varier suivant leur nature (attaque chimique pour les solides, séparation et/ou filtration pour les liquides, etc.). Une des techniques principales de mesure est la spectrométrie d’émission ICP-OES.  Le laboratoire AES est une référence en analyse chimique des alliages d’Aluminium pour le groupe Constellium et est accrédité (norme ISO 17025). Les méthodes d’analyses ont fait l’objet de validation exhaustive et leur mise en œuvre nécessitent de nombreux contrôles qualités. Des développements de méthode peuvent être requis.

TITRE DU PROJET : Spéciation dans les bains de traitement de surface de l’aluminium pour le marché automobile. Nous proposons un stage dans le domaine des traitements de surface appliqués aux tôles pour le marché Automobile.Pour cette application, les alliages d’aluminium sont laminés en tôles fines (~1mm d’épaisseur) puis différents traitements de surface sont réalisés pour rendre les surfaces compatibles avec la mise en peinture et les conditions d’usage (résistance à la corrosion). Les grandes étapes de ces traitements de surface sont : dégraissage, décapage, conversion, séchage, huilage. Les tôles sont ensuite mises en forme (emboutissage, découpe) chez les fabricants de véhicules automobiles. Dans le but d’améliorer l’efficacité des lignes de production, Constellium fait évoluer les traitements de surface et recherche l’optimum technico-économique, incluant la qualité, la productivité, la consommation énergétique et de produits chimiques, la nature et quantités de déchets ou effluents, et leur cout de traitement. Pour contribuer à cette optimisation, le stage sera focalisé sur la compréhension des équilibres thermodynamiques des espèces en solution (spéciation/complexation en solution et les équilibres solutés/solides) dans les bains de décapage (attaque sulfo-fluorhydrique) et de conversion (dépôt couche mince Ti-Zr), et les solutions de traitement des effluents de ces bains (neutralisation et abattement des fluorures).L’objectif est de décrire la spéciation et décrire les conditions dans lesquelles la précipitation de solides peut apparaitre. Ces résultats de calcul seront comparés à des résultats expérimentaux (échelles laboratoire et données usine), et pourront conduire à des recommandations d’optimisation du procédé auprès des usines. La méthodologie proposée est la suivante, elle pourra être enrichie au cours du stage :Prendre en main l’outil de simulation thermodynamique CHESS (résolution des équilibres gaz-solutés-solides ; ARMINES – Centre des Géosciences, Mines Paris, PSL University, France)Réaliser une étude bibliographique sur la chimie des bains de décapage sulfo-fluorhydrique, de conversion de type Ti-Zr, et de traitement des effluents. Le but est d’enrichir la base de données décrivant les différentes espèces en solution et les solides pouvant précipiter.Simuler les équilibres en solutions, en se basant sur les conditions opérationnelles en usine. Le but est de décrire ces équilibres, et de définir les conditions limites de précipitation.Définir un plan d’expériences à l’échelle laboratoire permettant de valider ces conditions limites de précipitation. Des expériences seront réalisées par le laboratoire en support du stage (la manipulation des produits concentrés en fluor n’est pas autorisée aux stagiaires, cf. Code du travail). Le but est de comparer simulations et expériences, et d’en tirer des recommandations opérationnelles. Le stage aura lieu dans l’équipe « ACS » spécialisée en chimie analytique, traitements de surface et durabilité des alliages d’aluminium (25p). Plus particulièrement, le stage sera réalisé en collaboration avec 2 ingénieurs spécialistes des traitements pour l’automobile et les techniciens en charge de la réalisation des expériences et mesures analytiques. Le stagiaire pourra utiliser les différents moyens analytiques et de caractérisation disponibles sur le site ou en sous-traitance pour la partie expérimentale.  Ce travail sur les liens entre simulation thermodynamique et chimie des procédés opérationnels est l’occasion de progresser significativement sur des aspects méconnus de la chimie de nos procédés. Evaluation of the Forming Limit Curve of an aluminium alloy from texture analysis, crystal plasticity computation and Marciniak-Kuczynski test configurationKeywords: crystal plasticity, MK model, forming limit curve, formability, damask simulations, aluminium alloys  Due to its low density, aluminium (Al) is a key material for sustainability as it allows lightweighting. However, 5xxx and 6xxx aluminium alloys families suffer from lower formability ability than steels which limits their use for complex part designs. Improving the ductility of our Automotive Body Sheet (ABS) aluminium alloys is a major challenge. The latter depends on microstructural parameters (such as elements in solid solution, intermetallic particles, grain orientation). Constellium recently developed a tool to predict the impact of crystallographic texture on formability. Thanks to texture measurements and crystal plasticity simulations using the Damask open-source software, some formability parameters can be evaluated (bendability, anisotropy). However, an important brick is still missing: the prediction of the full forming limit curve (FLC) from the texture measurements. This internship offers the opportunity to develop the latter. The Marciniak-Kuszynski (M-K) model has been selected as a frame to determine the FLC, crystal plasticity model will have to satisfy requirements and boundary conditions of the M-K model.  The project has several components:Development of a Damask routine to reproduce M-K model for a full range of configuration: from tensile through plane strain to equi-biaxial loading, Testing the model for several textures, representative of our application,Extension of the model to necking prediction with non-linear strain paths (such as in Nakazima tests),Comparison with experimental data (available at C-TEC and from the literature) and assessment of the developed model,Integration of the model and its routine to the modeling C-TEC tools, making it available for our R&D engineer’s staff,Analysis and synthesis of the results, report writing and presentation to the team.  The role of the intern will consist, after a first phase of training in our trades and tools, to develop and implement a M-K modeling based on texture measurement and crystal plasticity simulation and to make it enable for the Modeling and Application team. To do so, the full process will have to be documented and adapted to the common C-TEC practices.

TITRE DU PROJET : Etude par impédancemétrie de systèmes aluminium vernis pour les emballages alimentaires.Nous proposons un projet dans le domaine applicatif du packaging pour la nourriture. Pour cette application, les alliages d’aluminium sont laminés en tôles fines puis différents traitements de surface sont réalisés pour rendre les surfaces compatibles avec les conditions d’usage et le contact alimentaire. Les grandes étapes de ces traitements de surface sont : dégraissage, conversion, vernissage. Une fois verni, l’aluminium est embouti par nos clients pour produire des boîtes, qui sont ensuite remplies avec des aliments plus ou moins agressifs. Le but de l’étape de vernissage est d’apporter une protection anti-corrosion et de rendre la surface apte au contact alimentaire. Actuellement, nous réalisons des tests de qualification de nos systèmes vernis industriels pour valider la performance du produit, et pour qualifier des systèmes vernis avec des alliages plus recyclables et ayant un plus fort contenu recyclé. Mais, ces tests ne nous permettent pas de comprendre les mécanismes de dégradation, ni de comprendre pourquoi un système verni A est plus résistant qu’un système verni B.L’objectif du stage est de développer une méthodologie pour mieux comprendre les mécanismes de dégradation en jeu. Nous proposons de combiner une caractérisation électrochimique avec l’impédancemétrie et d’autres caractérisations (gravimétrie, essais mécaniques, IR, microscopie optique). Pour cela, deux systèmes vernis utilisés en packaging (l’un résistant à la corrosion, l’autre pas) seront étudiés de manière comparative. Le projet comporte plusieurs volets :• S'approprier le contexte, et notre problématique (biblio, visite du labo C-TEC Constellium, formation sur  notre sujet)• Développer un plan d’expérience permettant de mettre en évidence les phénomènes principaux : diffusion/prise en eau, réactivité aux interfaces, perte d’adhésion/corrosion, etc. Le but est de comprendreles mécanismes de manière unitaire puis combinée. Une attention particulière sera portée sur le choix des techniques de caractérisation et des expériences.• Réaliser les expériences, interpréter les résultats et les partager de manière structurée, proposer les itérations/ajustements des méthodes en fonction des observations.• Vérifier la répétabilité des mesures essentielles à l’explication des phénomènes principaux. Le stage sera réalisé au sein du LASIE, Université de la Rochelle, et financé par l’Université de La Rochelle, sur des problématiques de l’entreprise Constellium. Le stage sera encadré d’une part, par M. Touzain, Professeur des Universités à La Rochelle, et d’autre part par deux ingénieurs Constellium spécialisés dans les traitements de surface/vernis et la corrosion. Un séjour au minimum est à prévoir à Constellium Voreppe au cours du stage, afin de participer au transfert des méthodes mises au point et de réaliser des expériences complémentaires à celles réalisées au LASIE. En dehors de ce déplacement et pour le bon déroulement du stage, le stagiaire sera responsable des échanges réguliers avec l’équipe de Constellium, à fréquence hebdomadaire environ. Les résultats nous permettront d’améliorer notre compréhension sur nos systèmes vernis, d’apporter une connaissance nouvelle sur les mécanismes de dégradation pour répondre aux problématiques de nos clients etd’adapter notre méthode de qualification des systèmes vernis.

Job SummaryC-TEC Plymouth (Michigan, USA) is recruiting a new R&D Engineer in chemical and process support, primarily to advance our aluminum automotive bodysheet and packaging businesses. Working with the ACS group (Analysis, Corrosion, and Surface treatments), the R&D Engineer will provide technical support for our plants’ pretreatment and coating lines, contribute to the development/qualification of new pretreatments/coatings, and perform adhesive bonding and corrosion testing for product qualification and R&D.  Responsibilities Comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety rules, particularly while working in the laboratories, workshops, and factories.Support our US sites (particularly in Alabama, Kentucky, and West Virginia) in their surface treatment processes, wastewater recycling, and new technology implementation. This role involves travel to these plants and working with our factory colleagues to perform trials or help troubleshooting. Plan and carry out research studies in the Plymouth lab and with internal and external partners, including the development of the lab with associated tools and methods.
