Constellium is partnering with Athletics 3D, a company specializing in ergonomics and engineering for sports and industry, to create innovative equipment for Para athletes. The partnership leverages Constellium’s Aheadd® CP1 aluminium alloy, a robust industrial solution specifically designed for additive manufacturing.
“Our Aheadd® CP1 solution stands out for its versatility across all 3D printing machines on the market and its simplified heat treatment process, which delivers exceptional properties such as mechanical strength, as well as corrosion and fatigue resistance,” explains Alireza Arbab, Head of Additive Manufacturing at Constellium. “These attributes make it an ideal aluminium powder for designing customized high-performance equipment tailored to the needs of elite athletes.”
