Job Summary:
Quality Systems Leader's Primary duties are to establish and maintain timely, effective communication and the coordination of purpose driven activities. These activities should be designed to both complement and improve the business Quality Management Systems (QMS). To be effective in this duty, the Quality Systems Leader must form strong interpersonal relationships with key business members. This is especially the case with not only roles of influence, but also pivotal quality roles embedded in all Autonomous Production Units (APU’s).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure (QMS) Document Control, Record Control are compliant with Interested parties’ requirement, including all quality related documents and records are reviewed and updated.
- Administrate and support the QMS electronic system to ensure current version, database maintenance, users training and assigned improvement or development projects implementation.
- Oversee and coordinate the CAPA system to support the improvement of problem solving and risk prevention approach.
- Coordinate the Audits Program of Quality Management Systems.
- Coordinate the Management of Change system to support its the efficiency and control.
- Support the effective implementation and development of the QMS principles in compliance with Interested parties’ requirements.
- Provide support to APU Quality teams in preparation and maintenance of Core Tools and control methods documentation and effective implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and/or 8+ years as a Quality Engineer, Specialist or similar, with expertise in configuring and customizing in a Certified Quality Management System. Experience in automotive industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Quality Management industry standards and regulatory requirements (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Knowledge of Quality Core tools (understanding and implementation).
- Statistical analysis understanding.
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple simultaneous projects, must be able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Excellent Communication, Supportive and Service-Minded attitude, and leadership skills with demonstrated capacity to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our products to the next level in accuracy, security, and safety Must have experience.
- Understanding of process documentation such as SOP, Work Instructions, Policies, Forms.

Constellium Muscle Shoals is an aluminum manufacturing plant based in Alabama with over 1,200 employees. With its widest strip mill in the USA and a world-class recycling center, the site represents one of the largest sites within Constellium and is a world-class can recycling center, with the capacity to recycle nearly 20 billion cans per year. Muscle Shoals’ main product is aluminum can sheet for the packaging industry, particularly for beverage containers. It manufactures sheet used in all three components of an aluminum can, namely body stock, coated end stock and tab stock. Additionally, Muscle Shoals’ supplies Auto Body Sheet substrate to Constellium’ s Bowling Green, Kentucky, site.
