Constellium is proud to announce that it has received the Gold Award in the Brandon Hall Group™ “Best Corporate Learning University” category for its global learning and development programming, Constellium University.
Constellium University is a global initiative designed to foster a unified learning culture across all levels of the organization - from shop floor employees to executive leadership. The program offers dedicated development pathways tailored to various target groups. These comprehensive learning journeys are designed to address specific business and skill needs, align with the company’s values and strategy, and encourage the maximization and amplification of the teams' potential throughout the organization. Constellium previously received a 2023 Brandon Hall Group™ Silver Award in the “Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Program” category for its Leadership Development Program, a global learning initiative for mid-level leaders, with already more than 450 managers trained.
