Context:The Warehouse Clerk position is responsible for the safe, timely and accurate receipt of parts or miscellaneous items ordered and placed in specified areas of the warehouse. Receiver must follow proper procedures for receiving all products entering the facility including verifying actual product against bill of lading, confirming product quality, and quantity. Position is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness of receiving area including loading dock, aisle ways, receiving office, and other areas of warehouse. Primary Purpose: Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Production Analyst fulfills a key role within the Ravenswood Supply Chain organization. Not only does the Production Analyst play a decisive role in the short, medium and long-term production planning process of the facility, he/she is also the primary contact in operations for the inside and outside sales team for day-to-day supply chain topics such as bookings capacity, lead times, and mill loading. The Production Analyst is also expected to both participate in and drive supply chain process improvement- and streamlining projects in the spirit of Continuous Improvement. The Production Analyst is a highly visible position, with direct interaction with all levels of sales and operations leadership, including the plant CEO, CFO, operating unit managers, and sales directors. Key Accountabilities: The position of Production Analyst has the following key functions and accountabilities: Planning and execution of the monthly S&OP process using supply chain optimization software package.Review and balancing of the MPS on a weekly basis based on various internal and external constraints, and by means of manual mill reloading.Primary interface between Inside Sales and Operations regarding supply chain issues. Vos principales responsabilités :Le Groupe Fonderie et Recyclage a pour mission de réaliser des essais de prototypage ou des coulées de production pour des produits (billettes, plaques, …) d’intérêt pour les usines du groupe Constellium.  Les activités consistent à : Préparer les charges de métal destinées à être fondues Réaliser les opérations de fusion du métal sur les différentes unités de coulées de la Fonderie, de 1 kg à plusieurs tonnes de capacité. Réaliser les opérations de coulée verticale (préparation de l’outillage, démarrage de coulée, surveillance de la coulée, arrêt de coulée) dans le cadre d’un procédé assisté par supervision et automatismes. Gérer le parachèvement des produits réalisés (découpage, sciage, mise à l’étuve pour traitement thermique.  Dans un premier temps, la mission consistera à préparer et parachever les produits de coulée, et à participer aux coulées puis progressivement à réaliser toutes les activités ci-dessus après un parcours de formation approfondi.  Les règles de sécurité associées à la mise en œuvre de métal liquide sont très exigeantes et importantes à respecter. Il est garant de la bonne circulation des flux de métal à l’intérieur de son Unité Autonome de Production (UAP). Le périmètre du poste regroupe 2 laboratoires d’analyses et la responsabilité d’une équipe de 5 techniciens. Ces laboratoires réalisent des analyses pour des projets de R&T et assurent une assistance technique auprès des usines en tant que laboratoires de référence pour le groupe Constellium.  Les laboratoires sont dédiés aux analyses sur solide (ASS) et en solutions aqueuse et organique (AES, AO). Les équipements principaux sont : 3 SOES (étincelle), 1 XRF, 2 ICP-OES, analyseurs C/S et O/N, 2 HPLC, 1 chromatographie ionique, 1 FTIR, 1 Karl Fischer, et techniques volumétriques diverses. Job Summary:  The Mechanical Technician assists plant operations in running efficiently with minimal downtime.    Responsibilities: Ensures operation of electrical and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, gas, acid, water, coolant systems, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications  Completes or updates all maintenance related documentation according to sites document control procedure: work orders, reports, requisitions, PM tasks, timecards, maintenance manuals, and surveys  Condition monitoring- locates sources of problems by observing devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments, initiate corrective actions to prevent unscheduled downtime Troubleshooting malfunctions- selects logical approach to “troubleshooting”, repair problems, and write detailed explanation on cause of malfunction  Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts  Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments  Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques;
